Azure Remediation
Implement the Azure changes that are worth doing now.
We turn approved Audit findings or a known production problem into a fixed-scope delivery plan. The work is bounded around the highest-value change, with a named owner, validation path, and handover.
Planned engagements are one to three weeks, fixed scope. Planned work starts from EUR 2,500. Emergency triage starts from EUR 3,500.
Planned route
Known issue or approved Audit finding
We agree the scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and change window before work starts. This is the right route for a clear cost, performance, reliability, or delivery improvement.

Live production risk
We stabilise first, then repair the smallest safe path. Use this for a serious outage, release failure, or operational risk that cannot wait for a normal intake.

Read the case study Scope boundaries
Fixed scope means we both know what a successful change looks like.
In the delivery scope
The agreed target, environments, validation, rollback approach, deliverables, and handover. We write these down before implementation starts.
When a change order is needed
A new system, undisclosed dependency, changed acceptance criterion, or material expansion of the target becomes a written change order. We pause and price it before continuing.
Worked example
Right-size a costly service without guessing.
1Scope
Review the agreed App Service workload, performance baseline, dependencies, and eligible lower-cost configuration.
2Change
Make the approved change inside a defined window, with a pre-agreed observer and rollback threshold.
3Validate
Check application health, critical transactions, telemetry, and spend impact against the stated acceptance criteria.
4Handover
Record the final configuration, monitoring signals, rollback steps, and owner for the new baseline.
Change control
Every production change has a known way back.
Rollback plan
Before implementation, we document the trigger, owner, and sequence for reverting the agreed change. We do not treat a vague backup as a rollback plan.
Validation and handover
We validate against the written criteria, record what changed, and hand over the practical operating knowledge your team needs to own it.
Data and regional controls
Where GCC PDPL, NCA, data-residency, or customer control requirements apply, they are part of the written approval and validation plan, not an afterthought after deployment.
The wider Azure path
Start with evidence. Keep the new baseline from drifting.
Ready to scope the change
Bring the finding, the failure path, or the deadline.
We will tell you whether the work needs an Audit, planned Remediation, or the emergency route.
