The Audit fee and the three-times-savings promise are stated in the engagement letter. The Saudi Readiness Sprint is quoted in SAR. Before signature, the engagement letter states the invoicing entity, payment schedule, and applicable tax and withholding treatment; each party should confirm its own tax obligations with its adviser.
Contracting entity: Accepire Techsol Pvt. Ltd. (India). If a Saudi-registered supplier is required, the prime-contractor route and its commercial terms are quoted separately. Registered address, statutory identifiers, payment instructions, and liability terms are provided in the engagement documents.
